This statement explains CloudAware’s policy regarding cookies on https://cloudaware.eu.

2. What are cookies?

6. How can you block or delete cookies?

Would you prefer that https://cloudaware.eu does not place cookies? You can block or delete these cookies yourself via your browser’s privacy settings. Note that the website may then operate more slowly or may not function at all. See also the explanation under “Necessary cookies” above.

6.1 Blocking cookies

If you want to prevent new cookies from being placed, block the storage of cookies on your computer, tablet, or mobile device. There are several options: you can block all cookies, block a specific type of cookie, or block cookies from certain websites. You can do this via your browser’s privacy settings. When you block cookies, all cookies that were already present on your device will remain.

For that reason, in addition to blocking, it is better to also delete all cookies that have already been placed (see below).

6.2 Deleting cookies

Do you want to delete all cookies on your computer? That’s possible. Keep in mind that by deleting cookies you may experience less convenience when visiting websites. Certain settings will no longer be saved and you may miss out on relevant offers. After each internet session, cookies will generally be stored on your device again—unless you have blocked the placement of new cookies.

Do you use Safari? Cookies from advertisers are blocked by default. You can change this setting by clicking the settings icon at the top right, going to Preferences → Privacy, and choosing one of the available options.
